Adding option to select custom log location.

Added Cusom Log Functionality:

virtualhost.sh <name> [<optional path>] [<optional log-path>]

My story was that like to organize my Projects like:

projectname/htdocs
projectname/logs

which wouldn't work before my changes.

Thanks for the PR! This is supported by the LOG_FOLDER configuration variable.

Add this to your ~/.virtualhost.sh.conf:

LOG_FOLDER="__DOCUMENT_ROOT__/../logs"

Then run:
virtualhost.sh example.dev ~/Sites/example.dev/htdocs

Does that work for your use case? We could probably also support passing it in like this as we do other configuration variables:

LOG_FOLDER="~/Sites/example.dev/logs" virtualhost.sh example.dev ~/Sites/examp
le.dev/htdocs
