    First, Install Command Line Launcher

    install jetbrain editors command line

    "Tools" -> "Create Command Line Launcher..."

    jetbrain's editor cli install

    // this works!
openInEditor('webstorm')

    Yeah if using binary shorthand, the binary needs to be in PATH. I think this is expected behavior...
