This implementation handles # specially, but I think ? has the same problem. I guess we have to try with the postfix and then fallback without it like we do in other places. Would you check how oxc-resolver handles these?

I created a repository to compare the parsing results of oxc-resolver.? carrying other parameters later will result in inconsistent parsing results. Do we need to fully align the oxc-resolver?

I think the #question?mark behavior is a bug in oxc-resolver. I made oxc-project/oxc-resolver#1407
