docs(cleanup): remove implemented/outdated plans, keep roadmap + 4.x backlog - #3452

…backlog Audit of the plans/specs corpus against the live codebase found everything either shipped or deliberately superseded, with a small set of genuinely-open items. Consolidate into two forward-looking files: - docs/releases/wheels-5-roadmap.md — kept and updated: audit-note header, RustCFML paragraph corrected (now a supported engine with a required PR check), scheduled-matrix wording (weekly cron, not nightly). - docs/releases/wheels-4.x-backlog.md — NEW: every not-yet-implemented item from the removed plans (wheels dbmigrate diff CLI, framework gaps from the guides phase-1 rewrite, bot-pipeline squash-only setting, deploy-secrets disabled specs, version-surface unification, Kamal Boot.cfc, RocketUnit deprecation warning, and more). Removed (-56k lines): docs/superpowers/ (plans, specs, artifacts), docs/plans/, .grove/, cli/lucli/PLAN.md, and the outdated docs/AI_INTEGRATION_GUIDE.md (superseded by the wheels mcp stdio surface). Reference updates: AGENTS.md index, consumer-ai/template AGENTS+CLAUDE (dead guide link removed), v3.0.0 MCP guide link, prepare-core.sh allowlist, ship-consumer-docs/prepare-starterApp/deploy-config-diff comments, release.yml/deploy-ci.yml comments, .ai/wheels/deploy.md related links, wheels-vs-frameworks.md dbmigrate claim, and the 3.0-vs-4.0 upgrade-guide pointer. wheels-4.0-audit.md and wheels-3.0-vs-4.0.md are kept as historical records — CHANGELOG and published blog posts link to the audit. Summary
