Will this be introduced? When the HV is loaded on non bare metal ( ie nested virt ) it causes an immediate crash. This issue also occurs when VMwares HV is active: steps to reproduce: Load Ophion on the host -> Run VmWare and open any VM -> Immediate crash

You need to add hypervisor.cpuid.v0 = "FALSE" to your .vmx file. When windows loads and it detects hyper-v presence(CPUID hypervisor bit and "HV" brand string), HAL initializes its timer routines to use Hyper-V synthetic MSRs(0x40000xxx range). When Ophion loads, it triggers #GP on those MSR reads/writes.
