Android: org.mass4.turian.android brick and AndroidBuildPlatform #254

Current State

No Android build platform exists; BuildPlatforms.Find("android") throws (BuildProfilesTests.cs:88).

Tasks

• Create the org.mass4.turian.android brick with editor-only and runtime parts (Source~ projects)
• AndroidBuildPlatform via [assembly: BuildPlatform]
• Generated net11.0-android project: SupportedOSPlatformVersion 33, target SDK 36, ApplicationId, version code, RuntimeIdentifiers android-arm64 (+ android-x64), .oap stored uncompressed
• AndroidManifest.xml template with android.hardware.vulkan.version 0x403000 required
• Debug-keystore APK output; Android runtime dependency graph
• Update the Find("android") test

Acceptance Criteria

• turian export --profile Android on example-01 produces an installable APK
• aapt2 dump badging shows min SDK 33, target 36, arm64
