UI: in-game UI brick on Android #273

Current State

The UI brick ships only desktop SkiaSharp natives and resolves fonts/images through file paths.

Tasks

• SkiaSharp.NativeAssets.Android through per-platform NuGet (Bricks: platform allow-list and per-platform NuGet in brick manifests #248)
• Skia Vulkan backend on 1.3
• Fonts and images through the content source

Acceptance Criteria

• The in-game UI example renders correctly on the Galaxy S24 FE
