Support different sorts of type annotations #86

PR #50 adds support for type annotations with sorts FIELD, METHOD_RETURN and METHOD_FORMAL_PARAMETER (See org.objectweb.asm.TypeReference.getSort)

However the following sorts could also be supported:

CLASS_TYPE_PARAMETER
METHOD_TYPE_PARAMETER
CLASS_TYPE_PARAMETER_BOUND
METHOD_TYPE_PARAMETER_BOUND
THROWS
maybe some other sorts
