UTF-16 backing bounds are tracked per reference so model-produced strings and resolved witnesses retain their full length. Array.isArray handles genuine builtin Array calls, including captured globals, and falls back for project-defined owners.
Independent branch against main. String/Array slice and case-model integration moved to #443; Date and PBT export changes are separate.
Validation: 24 focused backing-boundary, Array.isArray, catalog and SDK identity tests passed, plus detektMain and detektTest. Broader GitHub CI remains the remote validation gate.
Review fixes: removed unused future-model APIs and recursively handled conditional fake values in Array.isArray; native-source value ?? [] regression passed.
