Update the implemented-features quick reference in the evolution prompt so future cycles don't re-implement already-shipped work:

All entries already merged to master; this is purely the anti-duplicate-work index (meta #564 entry intentionally omitted per quick-ref convention). No code change; 634 tests still pass.
