❌ Duplicate — closing.
This PR duplicates #577 (same quick-ref entry for merged PR #576, same file emrg/server/evolution_prompt.md, same insertion point). #577 was created first (12:06:53Z vs 12:08:17Z). The change is correct; keeping the earlier PR and closing this one per duplicate-collision precedent (#463, #451/#452).

emrg/server/evolution_prompt.md, following the established changelog pattern (#571/#573).No code changes; 634 local tests pass, import + CLI checks green.
