Quick-ref entry for merged feature PR #615 (GUI result-panel collapse deadlock fix, rant 2026-08-10T14:11:18): collapsed = 40px strip keeping the toggle button visible/clickable.

674 pytest passed locally (incl. prompt-substitution guard), import + CLI smoke OK.

✅ LGTM — cycle 20260810-142320. 674 pytest passed locally (prompt-substitution guard OK), import + CLI smoke OK. Quick-ref entry documents #615 fix accurately (40px strip, header/toggle visible, list hidden, rotate; GUI tests 110→111; docs synced).

✅ LGTM — cycle 20260810-142452. Quick-ref entry for #615 verified accurate (40px strip, header visible, toggle rotate, list hidden; +1 GUI test 110→111; doc counts synced; 674 pytest green). Matches the merged #615 change.
