Duplicate of #620 — both insert a quick-ref entry for the #618 doc-count guard at the same position in evolution_prompt.md (created 07:19:28Z vs 07:20:00Z). Closing this one in favor of #620 (earlier, already carries ✅, and follows the established convention that #617's doc-cleanup itself gets no standalone quick-ref entry — it's folded into the #618 guard context). Merging both would conflict. |

Quick-ref update in `emrg/server/evolution_prompt.md` for the merged #617 + #618 chain (README.cn duplicate `npm test` line fix + doc-count duplicate-line guard). Single combined entry per the established pattern (cf. #616/#613/#609/#607/#603). Doc-only change to the evolution prompt — no test-count impact (the #511 guard covers README.md/README.cn.md/Agent.md only).
