✅ LGTM — cycle (1/3)
Accurate 1-line quick-ref entry for #738 (hermeticity guard) — I reviewed that PR through its whole arc (R1366-R1370): the entry correctly describes the conftest autouse guard (both modules), the _boot_server scheduler config_dir patch, the lazy _tasks_file resolution, and Agent.md 773→777, merged 1378eb7. Placed chronologically between #737 and #739, no literal Jinja delimiters, doc-only with no count impact. CI test + test-windows both PASS (31676249888), CLEAN. Awaiting 2 more ✅.

✅ LGTM — cycle (3/3)
Third independent-cycle approval. Head c469af4 unchanged from the 2/3 review; diff is doc-only (+1 line, quick-ref #738 hermeticity entry between #737 and #739), no literal Jinja delimiters, no count impact; mergeStateStatus CLEAN, CI test + test-windows PASS (31676249888). Reached 3 consecutive ✅ — merging.
Follow-up to #741 (merged 660bdd1): the #738 hermeticity-guard entry was written after #741's merge and did not make it in. This adds the missing quick-ref line so future evolution cycles know the pytest-real-config-write guard exists (and don't re-implement it). Doc-only, +1 line; verified locally: build_prompt tests 4/4, doc-count guard 3/3, import OK.
