Quill analysis

Clicking a Board item's move/resize handle without dragging starts the operation in keyboard mode. That mode ends only on Enter, Escape or the handle's blur, and a click elsewhere inside the board does not end it, so the item stays active and keeps reacting to arrow keys. onHandlePointerUp starts keyboard mode, and no outside-pointerdown handling exists. Fix: while a keyboard-mode operation is active, listen for a document pointerdown in the capture phase and commit when the target is outside the active handle and its direction buttons. Add a Board test. Tracks #101.
