Add
renameat2for FreeBSD. #5560 adds its flags for #5553, and with the function they can be used without the raw syscall number, which libc doesn't provide for FreeBSD.It first appeared in FreeBSD 15.1, so it is skipped in libc-test while CI runs 14.4 and 15.0, the same way as the flags in #5560. The two PRs don't overlap.
