tinyagents: session stores on the v2 schema #7977
Description
Per tinyhumansai/tinystoragedrivers docs/specs/schema-v2.md (catalogue at the end): DriverSessionStores takes a tenant Scope and derives tenant.agent(id). session.transcripts and .transcript_entries drop doc_key and move created_at to metadata; reserved_at claims become Leases. session.turn_states gets a storage DTO (snake_case, _ms). session_kv moves to tsd.kv. Import markers move to tsd.migrations. Add steps. Depends on the harness PR.

Migrate tinyagents session stores to the tinystoragedrivers v2 schema: session transcripts/entries drop doc_key and move created_at to metadata, reserved_at claims become Leases, turn_states gets a snake_case storage DTO, session_kv moves to tsd.kv, import markers move to tsd.migrations. Part of the #7973 v2 schema migration epic; depends on the harness PR and sibling tickets in other packages. No duplicated candidate among the listed siblings.
