tinyflows: flows, cron and adaptive on the v2 schema #7982
Description
Per tinyhumansai/tinystoragedrivers docs/specs/schema-v2.md (catalogue at the end): flows_* becomes flows.* (drop _ns copies; ULIDs give ordering). cron_jobs/cron_runs become cron.*, with the embedded occurrence_lease on tsd.leases. Counters move to tsd.counters. flows_kv/flows_state move to tsd.kv. Use tinyagents-graph's checkpointer (ns flows) instead of its own copy. adaptive_* becomes flows.adaptive_*. Add steps.

Migration of tinyflows flows, cron, and adaptive storage to the v2 schema (flows., cron., tsd.counters, tsd.kv, shared checkpointer), part of the umbrella #7973. A scoped piece of schema-migration work rather than a defect; the sibling issues (#7980, #7978, etc.) cover different components, so no duplicate is named.
