tinywallet: storage on the v2 schema #7986
Description
Per tinyhumansai/tinystoragedrivers docs/specs/schema-v2.md (catalogue at the end): depend on tsd v1.0.0 and export storage_schema() (the module's storage grant is generated from it). x402_budget becomes wallet.budgets, and stream x402.payments becomes wallet.payments. Add v1 to v2 steps, and release the module.
