Mapped to the grandfathered complexity-baseline burn-down (src/cli/bootstrap-args.ts carries 2 grandfathered sonarjs/cognitive-complexity suppressions in eslint-suppressions.json). Per-method complexity findings are burned down through pm-j8vq rather than tracked individually.

Tracked as pm-j8vq ("Burn down the 76 grandfathered complexity-baseline suppressions"). The finding corresponds to grandfathered cognitive-complexity suppressions in eslint-suppressions.json rather than a new regression; it closes when that burn-down reaches the offending method. No separate item will be filed.

This CodeFactor Complex Method finding is tracked as part of the grandfathered complexity-baseline burndown rather than as an individual item: the repository enforces a cognitive/cyclomatic complexity cap in Gates (static) and carries a bounded suppression baseline, so each named method here is one member of that declared population. Progress is measured by the baseline shrinking, not by closing findings one at a time.

Canonically tracked by open PM complexity-burndown item pm-j8vq, which explicitly records GH-569 and its mirrored bootstrap range. This closes only the GitHub mirror.
