YOUTUBE_UPLOAD_TOKEN_PICKLE_B64 (BYU Vertical Cloud Lab channel, scopes youtube.upload + youtube.readonly) is now a repo secret, passed through claude.yml's env block, and documented in CLAUDE.md. youtube/ is a trimmed copy of byu-vcl's helper: upload-only, no full-control token, minting stays in byu-vcl. Ports the YouTube upload credential from byu-vcl, as mentioned in #16.
YOUTUBE_UPLOAD_TOKEN_PICKLE_B64is set on this repo (same value as byu-vcl and.claude/settings.local.json). It's for the BYU Vertical Cloud Lab channel, with scopesyoutube.upload+youtube.readonly, so it can upload but can't delete or edit.claude.yml: passes it through the jobenvblock.CLAUDE.md: adds a secret-inventory row and a "YouTube uploads" section: uploads are private by default, the run links the video back, it never uploads footage of people without their OK, and clips recorded on the arm Pi are copied back over SSH before upload.youtube/: a trimmed copy of byu-vcl'syt_service.py(upload-only), plusrequirements.txt,.gitignoreand a README with the rotation steps.
