- No longer sends a WireDbgCount every tick, only on change - No longer calculates in a Think hook, instead uses a slower timer as it only used to send messages to the player occasionally anyway
- Switched holoScale to using 3x net.WriteFloat rather than net.WriteVector - Fixes #93
