Discordの投稿を編集した後や、遅れて届いた場合に、元の作業へ変更が反映されない問題を修正します。添付だけの投稿も受け付け、同じ入力を読み直しても作業や返信を重複させません。
検証: 回帰テストで修正前の失敗と修正後の成功を確認しました。関連テストとvet、最終コミットfa349427のCIが成功し、別モデルレビューの必須指摘は解消しています。
配布と受入確認はマージ後に行います。Refs #400。
