emrg: README/Agent.md name definition — Emergence (emerge) + letter expansion

Add a name-definition block to the docs (rant 2026-08-11T17:08:48).

Motivation: the EMRG repo/docs never defined what the name means — 4 letters, no vowels, weak for word-of-mouth. Analysis shows the name already carries two good meanings that were never spelled out:

1. Pronunciation = Emergence (/ɪˈmɜːdʒ/) — EMRG is the consonant skeleton of "emerge". Intelligence emerges — from scale, and from use: every rant → evolution cycle → new capability. Echoes MANIFESTO §14 (evolution cannot be planned, like biology has no blueprint).
2. Letter expansion = Evolving Micro-kernel, Rant-driven Growth — the four letters tell the mechanism in order (Evolve / Micro-kernel / Rant / Growth), connecting to the philosophy block "every rant is a ticket for the next release".

No rename — repo/package/installer/productName all stay emrg (grep verified).

Changes:

• README.md: name-definition block after the philosophy block, before the --- divider
• README.cn.md: matching Chinese block
• Agent.md: one sentence in Project Overview

Constraints honored: MANIFESTO.md zero changes; philosophy block untouched; zh/en semantics aligned; pure documentation (no test changes); pytest 694 passed, import + --help OK.
