The launcher imported removed
streamlit.cliand referred to sys only when executed as main, so calling imported main failed. Usestreamlit.web.cli, import sys within main, and declare Streamlit in project dependencies sopip install -e .installs the advertised UI.CI previously tested Python 3.9/3.10 despite requires-python >=3.11. Test Python 3.11/3.12 on both configured platforms.
Validation: executed the real revised launcher code with a stub Streamlit CLI; imported main reached the CLI with the expected app path and propagated exit status. Full audio/model tests were not run. The existing failed run's logs have expired (GitHub 410), so these repairs do not claim to resolve every CI failure.
