Storage follow-up to #7743: tinybus move, tinyagents pin to main, profile-scope sweep #7781

vendor/tinybusto tinybus main (0.1.5, wire protocol 2): bump in-tree linked modules (tinydocs, tinyflows, tinyvoice, tinymcp) that pin tinybus=0.1.3, and run a protocol-2 compatibility check first - Move
vendor/tinyagents(pinned 869503c, the tinyagents#442 tip) back to main once the Storage: remaining transcript/thread/media stores and rusqlite re-export (follow-up to #7688) #7768 host adaptation to the JSONL thread store removal (tinyagents#440) lands - Re-pin remaining modules (tinymcp, tinyconnectors, ...) to the current tinystoragedrivers release (v0.10.0)
- Sweep SaaS profile scopes (
profile:<id>) instorage::blob_sweep(onlylocaland agent scopes are swept today) - tinystoragedrivers: make SQLite blob expiry clock-injectable (currently reads SystemTime)

Tracking/follow-up checklist (part of #7522, follow-up to #7743) covering vendor dependency bumps (tinybus main, tinyagents main, tinystoragedrivers v0.10.0 re-pin), a SaaS profile-scope sweep in storage::blob_sweep, and making SQLite blob expiry clock-injectable. No single defect; scheduling work items rather than fixing a broken path.

openhuman#7795: sweep SaaS profile blob scopes + per-scope timeout; answers #7778 CodeRabbit follow-ups (#7795). Also: tinyinference#104 and tinyagents#447 (tsd v0.11.0) merged; OpenHuman gitlink move waits on the #7783 host adaptation to tinyagents#446. Verified done: tinybus move (#7788), tinyagents-to-main (#7782), module tsd v0.10.0 re-pins (#7788), SQLite clock injection (tsd#41, v0.11.0).

Progress (stage close-out). All five items done:
REMAINING (outside this issue, tracked by #7783): move vendor/tinyagents to tinyagents main 37ed7a40 (carries tsd v0.11.0). Needs host adaptation of ArtifactOffload::new (now takes Arc) and removal of with_render_root usage in subagent_host. Closing.
