Storage: tinybus stream/signal binding, sweep hook and pin cleanup (follow-up to #7655) #7743

Part of #7522.
Follow-up to #7655 (tinystoragedrivers v0.8.0, tsd#37, openhuman#7742).
Items
- tinybus:
Connection::accept_streambinds a stream to the peer that opened it (upstream tinybus PR first) - tinybus: per-peer signal targeting instead of broadcast to every matching subscriber (upstream tinybus)
- openhuman: bump vendored tinybus to the rev tinystoragedrivers pins (40814a8), after the two items above (see Storage 2/8: openhuman host — storage_host bus server, scope-from-caller, grants, default sqlite URL, legacy import, drop classic mode #7636)
- tinystoragedrivers: trait-level sweep hook on
StorageBackend/blob view so the host (which holdsArc<dyn StorageBackend>) can schedule expired-blob sweeps; then schedule it in the host - Move tinyagents and tinyinference pins from side branches back to main once the Storage: tinyagents/host leftovers after driver-store migration #7688 host adaptation to tinyagents#430 lands
- Re-pin remaining modules (tinymcp, tinyconnectors, ...) from tsd v0.7.0 to v0.8.0

tinyhumansai/tinybus#66 is merged (4f67b73b1a53e2a84aaeabe703ff9087bf3b13ae). It adds
Connection::accept_stream_from, which binds a stream to the peer that opened it, and per-peer signal targeting (signal_to/emit_to).The tinystoragedrivers side is merged and released as v0.9.0. The OpenHuman re-pin for this issue will build on the minimal-core session's tinybus-alignment PR, which pins vendor/tinybus to tinybus main and therefore includes #66.

Tracking/coordination follow-up (child of #7522, follow-up to #7655) with a checklist of storage integration items: tinybus peer-bound streams and per-peer signals, vendored tinybus bump, trait-level expired-blob sweep hook plus host scheduling, and re-pinning module deps. Most upstream PRs are merged; remaining items are host-side scheduling and dependency re-pins. This is an umbrella task rather than a single defect, so low priority.

openhuman#7778 merged (18b3ccd): blob sweeper; also forwards sweep through FencedBackend and sweeps TinyJuice module scopes. Late CodeRabbit comments (cron-enabled gating in services.rs, bounding per-sweep I/O, SaaS profile scopes) arrived at merge time and are still open follow-ups.
