Storage: transcript/media stores on driver ports, diff coverage, importer hardening #7783

Follow-up to #7768 (closed by #7782 for everything that was in reach).

- tinyagents: move the path-bound JSONL transcript and the artifact/media stores onto driver ports (deferred upstream for hosts with no session provider; the thread store moved in tinyagents#440 / storage(#7768): importers leave legacy files untouched; tinyagents back to main with backend-backed threads #7782).
- Measure diff coverage for storage(#7638): tinyagents v2.2.0 driver stores, default sqlite backend, classic mode retired #7686, storage(#7688): remove host file fallbacks (cost, sub-agent sessions, Composio, artifacts) #7766 and storage(#7768): importers leave legacy files untouched; tinyagents back to main with backend-backed threads #7782.
- Harden the one-time legacy importers against concurrent-import claims (two processes importing the same workspace).

Follow-up tracking issue (part of #7522) for remaining storage/transcript work: moving JSONL transcript and artifact/media stores onto driver ports, measuring diff coverage, hardening legacy importers against concurrent-import claims, and triaging pre-existing test failures (artifact_tool, boot_migrates_legacy_files_into_the_chosen_folder, apply_env_overrides...) and clippy -D warnings errors. Mostly a cleanup/hardening checklist rather than a single defect.
