fix(marketing): never serve the Intel build to Apple Silicon Macs

Browser arch detection kept guessing wrong and handing Apple Silicon users the Intel dmg. Every failure mode of the WebGL renderer sniff (Safari masking, WebGL off, ANGLE strings) fell back to x64, so we kept patching it (#4197, #7473). Under 0.1% of our users are on Intel Macs.

Detection is deleted, not patched:

• The homepage always serves the arm64.dmg to Macs. If the asset is missing, the button links to the releases page — never a generic .dmg glob that could grab x64.
• /download shows Apple Silicon as the only macOS card. Intel is a small labeled link below it, so the wrong build now takes an explicit, informed click.
• macArch.ts and its test are gone, with a comment in pickAsset telling future contributors not to bring detection back.

Intel users who still end up wrong get caught by the existing Rosetta banner in the desktop app.

Overview
Stops browser-based Mac architecture guessing that was sending Apple Silicon users the Intel .dmg. GPU/WebGL detection is removed entirely (macArch.ts and its tests).

On the homepage, every Mac visitor now gets only the -arm64.dmg link (no arch-specific fallback or generic .dmg match). A comment in pickAsset warns against re-adding detection.

On /download, macOS is a single Apple Silicon card; Intel is a small text link below. Release URL wiring now targets any a[data-asset], so the Intel link still resolves to the x64 asset.

• Removes GPU renderer-based arch detection (macArchFromGpuRenderer and detectMacArch) so macOS always resolves to the arm64 build.
• On the download page, replaces the dedicated Intel card with an inline text link styled via .intel-note for users who need the x64 build.
• Asset URL rewriting now targets any a[data-asset] anchor, not just .download-card[data-asset], so the new Intel link gets the correct release URL.
• Behavioral Change: Intel Mac users visiting the homepage will now receive the arm64 .dmg instead of the x64 build.
