Consolidates the runtime fixes from #914, #916, #917, #919, #921–#929, #931–#933, and #942–#944. ACP pagination no longer loses tied sessions, malformed todo history and kernel records no longer abort recovery, retries retain their tools, and configuration/ledger failures name the damaged input.
The review also corrects gaps in the original patches: unified diffs preserve blank lines and EOF markers; HTML extraction handles void embeds and root text; pagination uses the same ordering for sorting and cursors; locked requirements reject malformed pins instead of silently dropping them; range units are case-insensitive; and SSH responses ignore diagnostic scalars. Existing changelog entries are preserved and the shared ACP parser is added once.
Validation: 131 targeted backend cases across 16 files (the registry correction and ACP fixture were rerun afterward), repository typecheck, formatting, and SDK regeneration (no schema drift). Deep CI passed, including the complete backend suite and macOS/Windows native ownership checks: https://github.com/synthetic-sciences/openscience/actions/runs/37254662725. Original contributions by Aniruddha Adak; consolidation and additional regression coverage added here.
