Reviewed at c1e7a5f. No blocking correctness or Node-version-policy findings. Wrangler/Miniflare require Node >=22.0.0 and run as private ecosystem tooling on repository Node 24; the published SDK runtime floor is unchanged. Reviewed the workerd/platform dependency closure and corresponding Workers-types update.
Verified current-head CI and the affected ecosystem log: TypeScript checks and a local Wrangler/workerd test passed. SDK tests passed on Node 22/24/26, with packed-package checks on supported Node 22/24. Includes the Workers-types update from #2676.
